Teton Dwellings currently offers two series of residential designs.
- The Agrarian Heritage Series contains a variety of rustic cabins which are typically purchased for use as guest residences, recreational (hunting, fishing, or relaxation) cabins, or commercial rental cabins.
- The Agrarian Conservation Series highlights single family residences that are designed with the Cabin-CORE and passive solar foundations, with rustic and/or modern space extensions and finishes.
Teton Dwellings also provides custom design services, and will modify its Series plans to meet the specific needs of each client. Our design philosophy is based on the premise that 70% of energy efficiency is based on the first 5% of structural design and material specifications. Passive solar orientation, thermal mass walls and floors, and optimized window glazing are fully integrated into every design, which in turn, will lower overall energy consumption by 20% and more.
Teton Dwelling’s design-build service combines design consulting with integrated construction services. High quality construction techniques are combined with eco-friendly base materials and a client’s selection of interior and exterior finishing materials.
Teton Dwelling’s design-supply service provides detailed building plans and material supplies to builders and developers. The material supply packages range from basic log and lumber components to other increments that may include flooring and roofing systems, garage packages, and finishing materials. The packages are designed to meet the specific needs of each builder, and include detailed plans, dimensions, and materials that match the plan manual and specialized components that have been custom processed.
